6/29/2009I was able to catch a screening of this movie and thought it was a bit ho-hum. To be honest, I thought the role of John Dillinger was just too easy for Johnny Depp, an actor that I really like. I was hoping to get a little more of the ins and outs and the how-to's of everything that went into robbing banks and the lifestyle of the 30's. I wanted a bit of a history lesson, I think. I thought the movie was well made, just a little shallow in my opinion. The two and half hours certainly didn't help. Wait for the video.
